5TARLIGHT is an independent streetwear brand born in Italy, built around an identity of change, light, and darkness.
WHERE ARE ORDERS SHIPPED FROM?
All orders are shipped from Italy.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?
For official Drops, the estimated delivery times are:
● Italy: 2–3 business days
● Europe: 5–7 business days
● International: 10+ business days
For Pre-orders, the estimated time is 3–4 business weeks.

WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
A pre-order allows you to purchase a product before it is manufactured.
Products purchased via pre-order are made based on the orders received and therefore require longer wait times compared to products available immediately.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Orders cannot be modified after confirmation.

HOW CAN I CHOOSE MY SIZE?
Check our SIZE GUIDE before placing your order.
If you are between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one for a looser, stacked fit.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number.
I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
